What if you could begin seeing the world through the lens of policy in just 7 days?

The Start Thinking in Policy Challenge (STIPC) by India House is a 7-day experiential challenge designed to help curious young minds, college students and working professionals develop a first-hand understanding of public policy.

Whether you’ve only heard the term ‘public policy’ or you’ve always wondered how decisions shaping your city, society, or country come to be, this challenge is your entry point.

It’s not a course. It’s not just theory. It’s thinking in action.

Join STIPC if your curiosity drives you, and your actions define you.

Public policy is everywhere, from the price of your food to how floods are managed to the quality of public healthcare. Yet, most of us never pause to see the systems beneath the surface.

STIPC gives you a taste of the policymaker’s lens,  not by reading, but by doing.
You’ll engage with real-world challenges. You’ll reflect. You’ll post. You’ll grow.
And you’ll begin to think sharper, wider, and deeper.

Why STIP-C?

How Does it Work?

1 Challenge. Every Day. For 7 Days.

Each morning, you’ll receive a crisp, action-oriented challenge on a current policy theme;  from decoding a government scheme to differentiating policy from politics.

Delivered via WhatsApp

It’s short enough to fit in your day, but deep enough to reshape your thinking. Only 50 minutes per day. Miss a day and you're out.

This challenge rewards consistency and reflection. Join only if you can commit for all 7 days.

 Make It Public

Policy is not a closed-door discussion.
Your ideas matter.

You’ll post your daily reflections on LinkedIn, building your public voice, thought leadership, and network.

Submit the link back in the group to complete the day’s challenge.

Get Certified

Those who complete all 7 challenges receive the official STIPC Master Certificate from India House.

Top contributors also win exclusive India House goodies and a place in a growing community of changemakers.
